Brain Drain

What is Brain Drain? have you ever heard about it or know about it?

and skilled professionals from their home country to another country,

who are the essential people for the development of a country? Countries

of the world can classify into three main categories underdeveloped,

developing, and developed. Most Brain Drain occurs from underdeveloped and

developing countries to a developed one.

This can take place due to several factors. The most obvious factor

at present is a lack of employment opportunities in their own country

and the abundance of job opportunities in the new country. In addition

factors such as war or conflict in their home country, health risks,

political instability, and economic crises can cause a brain drain.

However, it is now common for individuals to leave less developed countries

with fewer opportunities for career advancement, research, and academic

employment move to more developed countries with more opportunities.

The countries where brain drain occurs are facing several problems

and the situation is likely to worsen in the future. In particular, there may be

a shortage of manpower and the collapse of the economy. In some countries,

the government has provided free education and vocational training to its

citizens. but in the end, those people move from their country to another

country and use that knowledge and skills for the development of that country.

In fact, it is very unfortunate that educated and skillful people living

in a country do not use their knowledge for the good of their own country.

I think the governments of those countries are somehow responsible for

this situation. They should be able to create certain programs to retain their

workforce in their country. we know that many people leave their homelands

and go abroad for employment for reasons such as lack of job opportunities

and inadequate pay. So the government can expand the job opportunities required

by the workers and provide them with adequate wages. Also, the government can can

give them loans to use their knowledge and skills to engage in self-employment.

If the Government encourage them in this way, they will definitely stay in the

country and will give their support to develop their own country.
